For parents, guardians & athletes

Ambition deserves
a thoughtful plan.

Know the starting point, the people involved, the commitment and the next step. Clear expectations are part of good development.

Appropriate supervision

Groups are capped at six and matched around appropriate support needs. The team confirms current professional qualifications, emergency readiness and actual capacity before enrollment.

Transparent communication

Defined attendance and engagement updates go to authorized guardians of minors. Adult athlete information is shared only through appropriate permissions.

Privacy by design

Do not provide medical details on the public inquiry form. Relevant screening is arranged privately. Photos and public stories require separate permission.

Clear professional scope

Exercise instruction and general habit education stay within qualifications. No clinical treatment, return-to-play clearance or restrictive diet plan is sold through this membership.

Before your first appointment

Preparation
without guesswork.

  • Confirm the actual coach, location, schedule and agreed membership.
  • Complete the private screening and relevant permissions.
  • Share the existing sport schedule and any clinician restrictions privately.
  • Follow the team’s confirmed arrival and appropriate clothing instructions.
  • Discuss questions before exercise begins; an inquiry alone is not enrollment.
Practical answers

Your questions.
Clearly answered.

Who can inquire?

Teen athletes ages 13–19. Experience, readiness, sport load and appropriate supervision guide actual placement. The website does not automatically clear an athlete for exercise.

Does my athlete need prior experience?

No particular performance level is required to inquire. A coach considers the starting point and whether the service can provide appropriate support.

How do permissions work?

For ages 13–17, a parent/legal guardian submits the inquiry; guardian consent and athlete assent are completed privately before participation. Athletes ages 18–19 use adult consent and privacy permissions.

Can a parent receive an adult athlete’s records?

Only with the adult athlete’s appropriate permission. Paying for an adult athlete does not automatically give access to their private information.

How do team schedules affect the plan?

School, practices, games and recovery are discussed before additional work is planned. The coach adjusts the development plan to the athlete’s total activity.

What does membership include?

Eight coached 60-minute appointments every 28 days, a Personal Blueprint, taught practice actions and incorporated reviews, with no more than six compatible athletes per coach.

What is the price?

The proposed premium launch price is $399 per person every 28 days. This creates 13 billing cycles per year. Payment costs are included; any applicable tax and final terms are confirmed before enrollment.

Can we train at home?

Residence arrangements require a suitable space, appropriate supervision, confirmed area and a separate complete quote. A base facility price does not imply home delivery at the same total.

What if my athlete is injured?

Clinical restrictions and return-to-play decisions stay with appropriately qualified healthcare professionals. Coaching is adjusted or deferred when needed.

How do appointment cancellations work?

Give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the appointment. Timely replacements depend on suitable availability and accepted terms.

How do we stop future membership charges?

Stopping future renewal is separate from canceling a visit. Your accepted agreement provides the working membership link or team contact route and confirms when the paid period ends.

Are results guaranteed?

No particular result, selection or scholarship is guaranteed. We commit to the agreed services, responsible instruction and an honest progress review.
